Andrew, the Apostle

I am a fisherman.  Matthew 4:18.

My brother's name is Peter.  Matthew 4:18.

Jesus called me as an apostle to be an eyewitness to His ministry and to preach what He taught me.  Mark 3:14-19.

My brother and I were the first disciples to be called by Jesus.  Matthew 4:18.

I sat on the Mount of Olives with Jesus, Peter, James, and John.  Mark 13:3.

I brought Simon, my brother, to meet Jesus.  John 1:40-42.

I lived in the cities of Capernaum and Bethsaida.  John 1:44; Mark 1:21, 29.

At the feeding of the 5,000, I told Jesus about the boy who had the five small barley loaves and the two small fish.  John 6:8-9.

I was a tax collector.  Matthew 9:9.

Jesus ate at my house along with many tax collectors and sinners.  Matthew 9:9-10.

I was also known as Levi.  Mark 2:14.
